My red oranda layed eggs and they hatched last sunday...i have put the baby fish in a separate tank..but wen i feed them..i never see them actually eat the powder food..help

They need slightly smaller food that crushed flake, unless you have a mortar and pestle to grind the flake food to powder. The best thing for newly free swimming goldfish fry is infusoria, but it's a bit late for you to culture that. I would suggest you go to the pet store and try to find liquid fry food. Another option is to feed them hard boiled egg yolk. Boil the egg very firm and press the yolk through a fine cloth and add a small amount to the water. Be very careful to keep the the excess cleaned up as it will foul the tank quickly otherwise. They should be large enough to eat the crushed flake within a few days.

I don't anything about that particular fish, but I think most fish are born with something like a yolk sack, so they don't actually need to be fed for the first few days. Maybe that's whats going on?
Maybe I'm way off.
