It might be too local, but there is a group in Ventura, CA called Tall Tales that I would reccomend. If they end up in the iTunes store I would grab track 2 off of his record.

I could type for a year. These songs are the ones that aren't by the dominant artists like Toby Keith, Kenny Chesney, Gretchen Wilson, etc.

Lately:
Jason Michael Carroll - Alyssa Lies
Steve Holy - Brand New Girlfriend
Jason Aldean - Amarillo Sky

Last 5 years:
Anthony Smith - If That Ain't Country
Bobby Pinson - Don't Ask Me How I Know
Blaine Larson - How Do You Get That Lonely
Warren Brothers - Sell A Lot Of Beer

You missed it, get another chance:
Earl Thomas Conley - That Was A Close One
Dolly Parton - Jolene
Johnny Cash - The Baron
Conway Twitty - Saturday Night Special
Sylvia - Tumbleweed

Heh man I could go on and on. Especially since there are tons of different little genres in country

I'm good at the newer stuff and stuff in like the last decade (as I've only been alive 15 years)

Moments-Emerson Drive
My Little Girl and the Last Dollar-Tim McGraw
Isn't that Everything, I don't, and Findin a Good Man-Danielle Peck
This Kiss and Wild one- Faith Hill
She's in love with the boy-Trisha Yearwood
Alyssa Lies- Jason Michael Carroll
Heads Carolina, Tails California-JoDee Messina
She didn't have time- Terry Clark
This one's for the girls, In my Daughter's eyes, God's Will, Blessed, Independance Day, Concrete Angel-Martina McBride
Just another day in paradise- Phil Vassar
Love, me and Little Red Rodeo- Collin Raye
Homewrecker, California Girl, All Jacked up-Gretchen Wilson

Dude...that's just off the top of my head. I could go on and on. Hope that helps though. =)

Don't take the girl by Tim Mcgraw. I hate country music but I actually like this one.
