I use and recommend all natural Garlic Complex. It's a natural antibiotic/anti-inflammatory. It has a positive effect on infection and aids in the treatment of many conditions such as arthritis, flu, colds, digestive problems, ulcers, yeast infections, sinusitis to name a few.
Also Vita-C is nature's own antibiotic which fights infection and builds resistance against disease. It's the "cement" that holds the cells together, preventing sagging skin, bruising, bleeding gums, nosebleeds etc.
Defend and Resist Complex as well. Key ingredients are echinacea, zinc, black elderberry and larch tree. Use for infections, colds, flu, fever, swollen glands, colic etc. It can be chewed, swallowed or made into a hot tea.
Hope this is helpful and feel free to contact me with questions.

Colloidal Silver- I know for a fact it works and they also use it in hospitals in the burn wards. They soak bandages in it. The great thing is it has no taste, no side effects, and works great!! I had a horrible nasty infection in one of my broken teeth and my entire face was swollen like a ballon and I could barely swallow. Went to the dentist and before he could do a root canal and crown I had to take the strong antibiotic he prescribed for me. Knowing I cannot take antibiotics without getting so sick I went down to the natural food store. I am a huge sceptical when it comes to that stuff, but let me tell you after using it for 3 days I went back to the dentist and he said, "I see you took all your antibiotics because the infection is completely gone." I just smiled. I have been using it ever since on things like eye infection, ear infection, urinary tract infection, sinus infection and it has cured all of them. You can't go wrong. I guarantee it. Just make sure you are getting a high quality silver.

Berberris is the ultimate antiobiotic, capable of killing many infections including chlamydia, and is comparable to some pharmaceutical antibiotics.
Echinecea and golden seal are the next antiobiotics which strengthen the immune system by boosting the amount of infection fighting white blood cells in the blood stream.
Dont forget good old garlic either.
Lavender essential oils and tea tree can be used EXTERNALLY or sometimes internally with the AID OF A QUALIFIED HERBALIST only.

Oregano oil, colloidal silver, grapefruit seed extract, tea tree and lavender essential oils (actually many, many essential oils are antibacterial/antiviral), plain no-sugar or fruit-added non-fat yogurt, real lemon juice, pau de arco bark made into tea, cayenne pepper... the list is actually "endless", there are many more. This might give you a start on what to research, and I suggest research as your best antibiotic. ;)
[EDIT]
Of *course* essential oils are meant for external use, pardon me for not making that clear. I've heard of people using them internally in various ways, but I would not recommend it for that use at all actually.

Cranberry juice has a natural antibiotic in it---which is why it is good to drink when we may have a bladder infection as well as to help prevent them

Gorgonzola cheese has thin lines of green in it (supposedly mold) and this mold is said to be where penicillin comes from. I've gotten colds, bought really aged Mountain Gorgonzola from the Grocery Outlet (2nd hand grocery store) and thought I felt better within two days of eating the whole brick.

Cinnamon and I've heard also Saw Palmetto (find at health food stores). Go to an herbalist if there is one in your area; I'm sure they know more than me!
