This question is impossible to answer for several reasons.

First, we don't know the angle of the windshield.
Second, we don't know what part of the skull the bullet strikes.
Third, we don't know how strong the skull is.
Fourth, we don't know how strong the bullet is, which could affect whether or not it fractures into pieces.
Fifth, we don't know how large the person's head is, or how much of the bullet's kinetic energy is dissipated in the head.
Sixth, we don't know the mass of the bullet.
Seventh, we don't know the bullet's initial velocity.
Eighth, we don't know the distance between the rear window, head, and front window.

Good luck finding this data.

a standard handgun wouldn't have the punch to go through a windshield and have enough left to create an exit wound..

It is entirely possible that the bullet would penetrate the rear glass, deflect from its flight path during the penetration, and have enough left to cause an entry wound in a person in the new line of fire. However, it would take a rifle to create enough momentum to continue through a human head (including penetrating rather thick skull matter at the back of the head) and to create an exit wound out the front of the head... Depending on the power of the rifle, it is possible to continue right through the front windsheild and imbed in the concrete somewhere outside the vehicle, but not a handgun...

It would go through the back window and bounce off your head.
