The most romantic lunch that my husband has taken me to is Olives at the Bellagio. They have dinner too, but you have to make reservations for either. You can request Patio seating and sit outside right next to the fountains. They go off every 15 minutes and are just beautiful, I am sure at night they are even more romantic.
I also had a very romantic dinner at the Eiffel Tower Resturant in the Paris. When you make reservations you can request seating to again veiw the Bellagio fountains and sit by the glass. They cater to mainly couples as all of the seating with just 2 seats are by the windows. It was truely special.
Another sort of romantic thing that we have done was went to Zumanity at the NYNY, it is definatly a sexual Cirque show. Funny and erotic.
I think that helicopter rides down the strip are also a bit romantic!

Top of the World can't be beat. Peppermill is good. Drai's at the old Barbary Coast. There are a bunch of websites you can go to also. Ask you hotel concierge to recommend a place also

Drinks at the Peppermill is old vegas cool > just don't wait on Ol' Blue Eyes or Elvis ( or even Dan Tanna )

stupid person above me. Hooter's isn't on the Strip yet I for one, like Social abode at TI. sit down on the patio and characteristic a VIP spot for gazing the battles in Buccaneer Bay. Social house is a jap eating place with the empathis on sushi. And sake..

I hear the fireside lounge at the Peppermill is good. I like N9NE steakhouse at The Palms.
