My experience is that it depends upon the angel mix and the tank size.
For example, I had a breeding pair that hooked up in a 20 gallon tank. I also had a school of Neons. The operative word there is *had*, as the angels harrassed and destroyed them until I took action to rearrange my various tanks communties. Now I run a 110 gallon tank and have a breeding pair that was bought together. In this same tank I have schools of Cardinals, black neons, flourescent danios and Serpae tetras. Harmony with no aggressive interaction that I have seen.
Hope this helps and good luck.

Here is a fact that you may not know: Neons are food for Angels in the wild.
That should be enough said.
However, in a large tank that is heavily planted it is not unheard of to keep them together successfully. Keep in mind though, even if the Angels are not big enough to eat your tetra's, a predetor in the tank, especially a small or bare tank, could cause stress to the neons, and we all know stress never leads to good things.

Let's put ot this way - I've worked in fish stores and have one regular customer who buys 40 rosy reds (about 1 1/2 to 2" size) to feed her angels (weekly). Neons get to be about 1 1/4".
If the angel is too small now, it will grow.
See the link below for recommended tankmates for a neon community tank:

Basically with fish. If it fits in the mouth. It goes in the mouth. A small angel fish with be fine, but as it gets older the neons are toast. Also angels get big, and antisocial as they age.

In my experience, possibly. As long as you keep the angel well fed and keep a school of at least 6 or more neons, they should be fine. However, the angel will get more brave/aggressive if there are less neons around.

it depends on the size of the neons in relation to the size of the angelfish's mouth. Either that or the angelfish stressing the neons out by chasing them.

It really depend on the size of your angelfish or neon tetra. Usually angelfish dont eat neon tetra that wont fit in their mouthes

angel fish will 'nip' the tails of neon tetras and other slow moving fish, espeially guppies. other fish that will nip tails are tiger barbs. i dont know why they do that maybe its teratorial? i remember a guy in a fish shop said it to me once it was important to know what fish would get along in a mixed community tank. some fish need to be on their own and others need to be bought in quantity as they naturally swim in shoals. i used to keep fish once and had a tank of:
neon tetras, cardinal tetras, zebra danio's, catfish, redtail shark, kissing gouramis, guppies, & mollies

No she will not
angel fishes are really kind, but it is a very big probability that she can be sick. Because they are very sensitive.
