Well, to go to pharmacy school, you need to take at least 2 years of pre-requisite courses, then the school itself takes 4 years to complete.
In southern Cal, there's
University of Southern California
School of Pharmacy
1985 Zonal Avenue
Los Angeles, CA 90089-9121
323-442-1369
Here's a link to list of all the pharmacy schools in the US:

Hope this helps!

There are a few pharm programs in So Cal, actually.
USC, UCSD, Loma Linda and Western University all have Pharm D programs.

Technically, you can get into a PharmD programs without a bachelors degree (complete two years of pre-reqs). HOWEVER, in California, professional programs in health (nursing, med schools, pharm schools, etc.) are EXTREMELY competitive. Therefore your chances of getting into a PharmD program are slim without a baccalaureate degree.
That means you'll need 4 years of college, then 4 more years of pharmacy school. Residency programs are available, but optional.
