No guns, no Force, no lightsaber, eh? Well, I'm sorry to say, much as I like Arnie, that he would bust his poor (human) knuckles on Vaders mask, while Vader's bionic arms would slap Arnie's face around so hard he'd be able to see himself.
Now, if it was Terminator vs Vader, it would go the other way. While Vader was wondering why he couldn't Force-choke the guy (doesn't need to breathe), Termy would sneer at the pitiful machine-wannabe, and rip his sealed-environment suit off, leaving him to die as he did at the end of the third movie.
