I take phone orders from our online web store
I reply to request for quotations
I am responsible for answering the majority of the phone calls
I issue RMA's (return material authorization)
I am our companies personal photographer for our products
I prepare shipments online with FedEx, DHL, UPS or USPS
I am in charge of handling outbound products going to auction
I input Purchase Orders for items we purchased through ebay
I edit all photos
I am responsible for logging Consignment items
I reprint and bind manuals for orders
I build HTML templates for items we auction off on eBay
I pack items on a case by case basis
I put logged items on the specific shelf it belongs on
I invoice orders when accounting is not in
I update current orders list
I proofread Purchase Orders
I make sure all orders are being processed and do what is necessary to see that they are.

I don't know if this helps but i make $13.50 an hour. I have been here for a year.

I am sorry i didnt mention it before, but i applied for a secretary job and ended up doing all of these job tasks on a daily basis.
