There's a song by Jive Bunny that I use for aerobics routines because of its pace and beat. I'm struggling to think of its name, but I think it's called "That's What I Like" or "Come on Everybody".

EDIT: Just checked, it's called "That's What I Like".

How is it possible that they do not have health and gym? Even when I was in elementary school I had PE and recess. At the time I loved it; the teachers made the classes fun and exciting so it was a relaxing break from schoolwork. Even if all I did was hopscotch for thirty minutes...you're still jumping around and having fun. I'm in high school now, and I have PE and Health for four years; it's mandatory. Both are for an hour each day. I think that in every school both should be mandatory, with the exceptions of people with (bad, bad, bad) asthma or broken bones. EDIT: Bobhikes is right. I live in NJ, & my best friend flunked gym because she wouldn't participate and she had to go to summer school.

There is an old song from 1980 called "Double Dutch Bus" by Frankie Smith that was a huge hit that was meant for jumping rope. Everyone used to jump rope to that song back in the early 80s and it is the jam. You will love it.

The song Are you ready for this. This might sound a little chesey but the space jam soundtrack from the movie has a lot of good work out songs

If you are jumping and hopping, you could use that old Bunny Hop song. My teacher used that in a lesson for us.
