Yes I vote for undecided questions but always read all of the answers. I think it is fun to see the different views. Then I vote for my favorite one.

1- yes. there are so many questions with no votes from a year ago, or tied. i vote all the time. i think we should get an extra 10 pts for every 50 questions we vote for.
