No. Your car is traveling that fast, which means your headlights are traveling that fast. The light leaving your headlights will leave at the speed of light, and stay ahead of your car.

You cannot go even as fast as the speed of light, let alone exceed it BUT if you could get to as close to the speed of light as possible, the light would leave your car at the speed of light.
