Age - I believe one is only as old as they "think" they are.
My grandmother caught some of my cousins when they thought they were safe in a tree from her. She climbed right up after them - She was mid to late 60's at the time. She did not believe that age was a number but rather a measure of past time. She refused to be "ruled" by her age.
I say as long as you like the show... watch away. I know I enjoy watching them with my son - he is 2 1/2 I am 36.

There aren't any adult shows along the CSI etc. lines that are appropriate for a 2 year old to watch, and most music videos are aimed at teens and up too. TV which you watch with your 2 year old should be aimed at her, not you. Watch your CSI etc. after she has gone to bed.

I am 33 years old, and I love watching "Little Einsteins" even when my 1-year-old nephew isn't at my house! ; )
