Who likes going to the car wash? No one. It's a waste of time and boring. So, a few people and I met last week to plan a new type of car wash. While your car is getting washed by hot girls in bikinis, you can enjoy a cocktail in our lounge. We realize that this could seem like a problem because your drinking and then driving, but what about drive-through liquor stores? That solved that problem.
So then we decided that this car wash will only attract male customers. How will we attract the females? We will put in a tanning salon as well. So the females (and males too if they choose) can tan while their car is getting washed. So it's a car wash/bar/tanning salon run by hot girls. What do you think?

Umm Isn't there already coffee and doughnuts served at carwashes... sorry but thats a bad answer.
I think this bathing suit idea is the best I've ever heard!!!

why would anyone want to sit at a bar and have a drink while hot girls are washing his car?
Better idea (maybe) make it a very top notch coffee/expresso place where they can sit in their car and enjoy a good mocha or latte, while watching the car get washed. Won't have to worry about getting anyone drunk and then sending them down the road (danger). Sell um a good sandwich or donut/pastry to go with the latte.
and maybe some unique newspapers on hand.

Might as well give them a massage while you're at it. All kidding aside, this might attract business, but it's definitely seasonal in most parts of the US.
