Iran will be fine.. they are already working to get rid of Tehran.. the Iranian people know what's up... Iraq.. unfortunately.. seems to only work well with a dictatorship.. (no way I could ever support a theocracy).. but a weakened dictator might not be as bad and Afghanistan doesn't have enough power to be much of a threat and they are allowing us to hunt out terrorists there.. so why mess with them?

Historically they have had a dictatorship. That is to say one guy made all the decisions and ran everything.

Changing from this type of government to a democracy or representative government is a major change in philosophy and leaves people grasping for a position of power in the new government instead of trying to work as a team.

The best thing for the people as a whole and the country would be to form a democracy where everyone's interests are represented. If the people are not ready for this though it cannot be done.

Iran has a constitutional theocracy, and it seems to work pretty well for it in peacetime. Afghanistan actually has a tradition of a loose, tribal, democracy, and should honestly return to it - it doesn't /need/ to be a 'nation.' Similarly, Iraq would probably be best served if divided into smaller independent states - a Shiite Theocracy in the south (detrimental as that would be to every other nation in the world except Iran), a nationalist Kurdistan in the north (bad as that would be for Iraq and turkey), and, maybe tribalism in the Sunni Triangle.

Afgan - Democracy
Iran - Democracy
Iraq - not to sure I want to say democracy but there are to many factions interfering with the process,I say make Iran a full democracy before you can make Iraq a democracy

Why Democracy for people that want us dead ?

The old saying in the middle-east is "Death to America!"

I don't want those people to have Democracy.
Like Iran has Democracy for example.

I don't want my tax dollars helping those people !
I don't even like those rag heads.

Let the C.I.A. run the middle-east for all I care.
I am tired of you bleeding hearts always looking out for Arab rights. Why should we help them ! They don't return any favors. They just send us terrorists and death.

Let them earn their own Democracy if they can.

It's called hell. check out the video below of a muslim woman being beaten. No one will help her. According to the Sharia Law, despite declarations of the equality of the sexes before God, women are considered inferior to men, and have fewer rights and responsibilities. A woman counts as half a man in giving evidence in a court of law, or in matters of inheritance. Her position is less advantageous than a man’s with regard to marriage and divorce. A husband has the moral and religious right and duty to beat his wives for disobedience or for perceived misconduct. A woman does not have the right to choose her husband, or her place of residence, to travel freely or have freedom in her choice of clothing. Women have little or no autonomy and are deemed to need the protection of their fathers, husbands or other male relatives throughout their lives I don't know how long YA will allow your question or my answer but I hope it reaches some people. Thank you for bring it to light.

You know what is interesting. In the name of Democracy and the stopping the spread of Communism we installed a number of dictators across the globe. Pinochet and Mobutu Sese Seko are two examples of that. You should also remember that we initially supported the Taliban as they were anti Communist and thus pro democracy in our view.

Democracy is nothing more than mob rule. No one should live under pure democracy. I'll vote for a constitutionally limited republic just like he USA.

If we don't even have a Democracy here in the US, how can we force it on some other country? They should decide how they want to be governed.

They dont want a democracy because if they did they would be cooperating with the U.S military. They want to run things their way. They would rather see us Americans dead before they have a democracy..
