This is a message I sent out to T-mobile UK 10 minutes ago. They will take a week to reply, let's see if one of you guys can reply quicker and actually help!

I have am currently on the Everyone 750 offpeak (18month) price plan. I have using a Motorola V3 Razr (Silver) which I obtained through an o2 contract a couple of years ago. I want use use WAP (GPRS) and send picture messages but keep getting a message saying 'connection unsuccessful, try again later'. I have got the t-mobile settings required and have set the correct details. I have even tried manually entering the settings, but still the same response.

I am quite tech-savvy, I have unbranded my phone through P2K software & also know how to use seem editors. My phone is in an unblocked state and I can't see any reason for not being able to establish a connection to your wap service. Can you tell me what I can do to get around this problem?

Thanks.

Ring your network provider and ask them to send you your gprs and wap settings they will do this on the same day and all you have to do is save the messages when they come in.

You could always try going onto the t-mobile website and get the settings yourself. Here is the link -

If it still doesn't work you may need T-mobile to provision you for the services (GPRS, MMS etc).

Hope this helps.
