need a permit or linsence to hold a local carwash in middle Tennesssee?

If it is not a business and is for a charity or a school fund raising project, no. It might be a good idea to run it by the police dept. that you are going to have it in case they want to get some of the police cars washed.

im not sure=? sorry. i dont think u would need a liscence. but maybe a permit for insurance incase you are accused of stealing something from peoples car or something
