Remind yourself that you HAVE to study. Force yourself to sit down in a quiet room and take out your books. If the TV or radio is on, you'll get distracted and won't study. Just tell yourself about all the benefits, like getting better grades.

You will spend your time on what is important to you. My suggestion is not to wait until you have time to study, make studying your first priority and then if you have time, then do other things. It's all a matter of what you consider important.

It's a really good question to ask yourself: "What do I consider to be the most important priorities in my life?" Then, take a day or two, and keep track of, and yes I mean this, how you spend every minute of the day ... watching t.v., on the phone, reading, studying, eating, etc. Where you spend your time should match what you consider important, but it very rarely does.
