This is ridiculous. I think it should be the other way around: Bombs, not bread!

When was the last time a loaf of bread ever killed a terrorist?

It's indicitative of a fundamental misunderstanding of the production possibilities curve. To make bombs you need things like electronic fuses, explosives and metal. To make bread you need things like flour, walter, salt & yeast - and a bakery. If you simply shift resources from one to the other, you do very little to increase production of the desired commodity.

It's a Christan thing. ( The bread reference )

That crazy bastard Jesus said "LOVE your enemy" !

and "Turn the other cheek"

What a bunch of Christan crap !

Every normal person knows you supposed to Kill your enemies !

And what makes Jesus a total ****** is that he told the Jews that crap when they were being persecuted by frigging Romans !
The Romans hurt the Jews far more and for much longer than the terrorists hurt us, and J.C. wanted them to turn the other cheek !
Liberal Bull -*hit !

Screw Bread Jesus ! Old testament God says "Eye for an Eye"

I would imagine they were talking about the old tradition of breaking bread a symbol of friendship.

Bread Not Bombs is saying that we should deal with OUR problems that are sitting right in our front yards before we go topple someone else's government. It's just common sense. You take care of your people before you invade another country. And Food Not Bombs is a wonderful activist collective that serves healthy food to the hungry. We have much bigger issues at hand. Killing terrorists is just making them angrier and more organized. Duh.

The idea is that we should be fostering peace and taking care of our fellow man. The US is the richest country in the world and there are people starving in the streets here. Meanwhile, we spend billions on a war that's based on a lie. Pathetic.

That's because you and other extreme right wingers think that violence is the solution to problems. I would try to explain to you how social inequality makes it easier to recruit terrorists, but it would be over your head.

It's funny that you think you can solve global terrorism by bombing people. Everytime you bomb someone who you think is a terrorist, it creates 5 more.

The liberals who have those bumper stickers more than likely got them from their church. Meaning that it comes from the example of Christ providing and breaking bread to feed the masses when they were hungry. I don't ever recall him wishing violence on anyone, do you?
