lens (its how you can triple focal
distance of objective without increasing
its lenght, by coating parts of lenses with mirrors)

No, for several reasons:

Mars' atmosphere is very thin - there isn't enough mass there to do much refracting.

Any currents, dust, etc in the air would reduce transparency, and so ruin or at least degrade the image.

It would be inconveniently hard to aim it, even if it did work, and the choice of targets to look at would be small.

There's a giant rock of a planet right in the middle, obscuring the view.

perhaps mars has already had its greenhouse destruction and what you see today on mars is the result of it. and then mars doesn't have an ozone layer and only sporatic electromagnetic fields (mostly around the equator). and a planet needs those componants to make an atmosphere.

Obviously not. There's a planet in the middle of the lens. Try using a lens that has an opaque object in the middle of it.

I dont think so but if you take a simple flash on mars at night and shine it it lights up the atmoshpher like a laser I use to use several differnt lights for effects on mars its like the atmospher hisssiss in the light.

No .. it's atmosphere is 1/100 the that of earth. If we could, we do it here and if anything the turbulence in the atmosphere screws up viewing.

No, because it isn't the right shape to make a clear image. Lenses have to be shaped carefully, and none is ball shaped.
