64 bit processor question?

Can you still use XP and Vista with this processor or do you have to get a 64 bit version?

64 bit processors like the Athlon 64s, Core 2 Duos, Pentium Ds, etc will all work with either the 32 bit or 64 bit versions of XP and Vista.

Vista works with some 32-bit chips but ONLY THE REALLY GOOD ONES! Should you find that the chip you have is insufficient, it's still an option to upgrade.
