Ok basically i went and sprained my ankle badly in soccer.
I went to the school nurse immediatly and got it treated, going to the hospital 30 min after... Arriving at the hospital i go get treated and doctor says i have to have a cast on for 2 weeks and so i jus ttook it off yesterday. Having a tournament in Sao Paulo next week, i asked if i could go to it and play, and he said i couldn't and have to stay 2 weeks without any sport activities. What im wondering is how can i make it heal quicker? Ive been putting it in hot water with salt, and hoping its working... any other tips? Im gonna have to do 10 sessions of phisiotherapy =/ Really wanted to go to the tournament but guess i cant, being starter and captain of the team. Tips?
