Everyone is different. I knew I was pregnant with my first child the night after conception. I just KNEW it!

With my son, I knew I was pregnant within a week. No symptoms, I just knew. A week later I took a test and sure enough I was pregnant. This time, I had no idea until I was late and even then I had to take two tests. I even had some symptoms this time too.

I "knew" I was pregnant about a week after I conceived my third child AND this one. I had no reason to think it, just had this FEELING that I was.

It depends on your body, I think I was about 4 weeks when I felt my body acting weird...
