My Wife is 12-years older than I am and we are very happy.
Age is just a number. My Wife is hotter than most of the women my age.

Why not? No one would blink an eye if it was a 41 year old man marrying a 30 year old woman. 40 is the new 30; go for it! Best wishes!

Why would it be wrong? My ex-husband was 31 when I was 20 and we got married. If you love each other and are committed to one another, what does age have to do with anything? It's been said time and again...age ain't nothing but a number.

Sure if you don't mind sharing him with other women in say about 10 years when everything starts to sag and wrinkle he will start looking else were sorry but you know it's true.

Given that women tend to mature emotionally sooner than men, is she terribly immature or something?
I'm not saying there's anything wrong with it, but there's something up with the emotional maturity of the individuals involved. There's a reason, for example, I don't date women 15 years younger than me: it's just too weird, they are too immature generally speaking, and I don't want to play Daddy.

Here in india, which is still Conservative country, Amrita singh married Saif Ali who was 13 year younger to her.
And why not if male can marry 20 year younger girl then why not you.

I am 12 years older than my Husband, we will be married 15 years, have 3 kids (ours) and it works for us!

I don't think it is wrong. I don't realy think it is a good idea simply because the age gap puts you in different places in life.

They are both legal adults, why wouldn't it be? That is by far not the largest age gap ever in a relationship.
