Immigrants and Emigrants are opposities. An Immigrant is someone who comes to a country and settles there, whereas an emigrant is someone who leaves their counrty for a new one.
For example, if you left America to live in Greece, you would be an immigrant in Greece, but an emigrant to America.
That's how I've always understood it.

No that is an Immigrant. An Emigrant is someone who does NOT leave their country but moves their location. Like moving from one town to another..... or moving to a different state or province, you know?
