when they ask me "where do you see yourself in 5 or 10 years?" I am a receptionist!!

The truth always works. What do you see yourself doing in five years?
One answer that you can say is that for right now your plan is to be the best receptionist you can be. If you do well at that, then other opportunities will present themselves. I always used that one (except for the receptionist part) and it has worked well for me.

Be honest. Tell them where you want to be. A good solid answer is "I want to be empoyed with an established company where I can learn and grow both personally and professionally." Tell them you want to help the company that you work for.
