I looked in the box and their is a white gob of something in the bottom of the breeder box. I did not see which end it came from. she is ok swimming etc. what is it? did she miscarriage. she is still huge.

Most likely she miscarried one of the fry or possibly it's discolored poop to be honest. As long as she's still acting ok I wouldn't worry about her at all. I would however remove the white thing or it may grow fungus and that would not be a good thing.

OK i would get yourself alot of plants plastic or real to plant, and float in the tank , the breeder boxes are stress-full to fish , and can cause premature dropping of babies. the plants give the live babies someplace to hide once they are born to be safe from getting eaten.. also use a brand new pantyhose , that is rinsed out in hot water , with a rubber band to cover the intake tube of your filter so they don't get sucked up ...

I don't know what it is. But, if they are swimming well, I don't think there is anything to worry about...

Ps. get plants for the fry to hide in, so they don't get eaten.
