I don't think Disney does Hot air balloons, but there are several companies in the area that do. $100-$200

The companies that have the hot air balloon rides are vendors outside of Disney. Since the air space over Disney is protected, you do not go over Disney but you are close and high enough to see Disney. At least once a week, I see those taking the balloon rides and sometimes they come down low enough for us to wave to the passengers.
Here are the contact info of some of the companies
Thompson Aire 877-406-4836
Bob's Balloon Rides 407.466.6380
Magic Sunrise Ballooning 866.606.ride

Walt Disney World does not offer hot air ballon rides. However, there are other romantic things for couples to do on property. I used to go there with my boyfriend and we had the time of our lives. We dine out at all the nicer restaurants. We got massages in the couple's room at Disney's Grand Floridian Spa. One night we went out on an IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth fireworks cruise. It was very nice. You can rent your own boat or jet skis, or go parasailing. My boyfriend wanted to go fishing, so we went out on one of their guided excursions. It was actually a lot of fun! Also, at Downtown Disney there's Pleasure Island if you two are into clubs and stuff like that. On the West Side of Downtown Disney they have Cirque du Soleil: La Nouba, which is incredible and even romantic. I would definitely recommend that.

Anyway, have a magical time!

One thing you should find out is how many other passengers will be with you in the balloon.Pilots who are convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol have no record of it put on their flying license.I would ban alcohol from all airports and airplanes and pilots would face attempted murder charges if intoxicated.I listen to the BBC online and they make mental errors often like saying the tiles on the shuttle slow it down.Alcoholism causes mistakes in judgement even when sober. In Tampa an alcoholic radio host said Sacagawea was the guide for Rodgers and Hammerstein.
