Help Me Please!?

I own a small animated film company that delivers an interactive experience. I give you a plotline, real people give ideas! Okay, get this. A billionaire, James Jones, owns a huge financial company, Jones Financing. There are many struggles at his workplace, and the stress leads to James' death. A huge controversy rises after he dies. I need a cause of death, what controversy will rise, and some filler material. Please, no stupid ideas (example, they move to the moon).

I also need a kick-buttocks soundtrack. Prefferable country.

You could always go with the whole power struggle for control of the company thing. A lack of success or a moral struggle (which could be more interesting) leads to suicide thing. I'm not sure if you're making a drama or suspense thing. You could probably get some legs out of an immoral/unethical investment strategy that comes to a head with something happening (ie he somehow sees the damage he's, sees a life example, or maybe it was out of his hands to begin with) and him reflecting on the company he has built, what he has built and how he has profited on people's suffering. Then that could lead you to a take over and resolve with things changing or staying the same, if you want to go bleak. Kind of stupid, but I thought I'd throw my hat in. Good question.

ok here is my suggestion. I am not good with the whole death thingy, I am a writer of romance, but I hope this will work.

James, has been having alot of stress lately at the company, he comes home and fights with his wife (her name should be Diane)...sorry. She is never satisfied she wants everything, only material things can make her happy. James does not know what to do, the company has been lsoing money because someone has been stealing it. also at work he see's someone that was believed to ahve died some years ago. the person wlks around as if he is an employee.The only one that knows about it is him and his best friend since college. She knows about it because she is next to take over the business if anything would happen to him. His wife goes to the store and all her credit cards are denied. She becomes angry and calls her husband. He tries to explain to her that he does not know who is taking the money and htat they are broke. James becomes depressed and goes to the bar drinking. He gets a blocked call on his cell phone and they tell him to go to the office. Being drunk he goes to the office and looks around not thinking. A murderer says something along the lines of, you ruined my life now I will end yours and pushes James down three flights of steps. His best friend (her name should be kelly) find him the next mornign when she goes into work. She calls the police and what not. the contraversy could be that she is framed for his murder, and they found out all the money was gone. Also they find out that Kelly and Jamesd had been having an affair. Whoever murdered James is out to kill her too. As the contraversy goes on media start getting letters saying that James was not who he was believed to be. He actually pretended to be James Jones. The real James Jones was beleived to ahve been murdered seven years ago by Mike Hodge who had been pretending to be James. Everyone ahd said they looked like they could ahve been brothers. Well Mike soon learned that he and James were brothers their dad had had an affair with Mike's mom. Mike was jealous knowing he could never take over the family business so he murdered James, he switched everything about them their I.D.S everything, he even rubbed the fingerprints off of his and Jame's fingers. He thought James was dead. Mike made a life with Diane (or whoever feel free to change names) made the business great. The real James Finds Kelly who is surprised because he was believed to be dead. He explains the whole thing to her and how the man she knew was really Mike Hodge. She believes him to be the murderer but he explains how she is endanger and that he will protect her until they find out who is murdred Mike. Until then James has to stay hidden so that no one finds out the rumors are true. I have a mind block but anyway the murderer is his wife's brother. Her brother had asked him for some money but Mike told him no and they got into an argument so Mike started causing alot of problems for his wife's brother.

As for the cause of death, I would have him thrown out of or jumping out of a high-story window. With technology today, it's pretty easy to determine who pulled the trigger or who stabbed the victim. With James falling to his death, it's hard to prove if he was thrown or if it was his own prerogative. The controversy comes from the fact that many employees were working late that night in the building trying to reach deadlines. (You could name the movie "Deadline"... catchy.) Because of the frantic atmosphere in the building, it's hard for the employees to prove their alibis. During the exhaustive questioning by the detectives, you find out that the reason some of the alibis don't match up is because some of the employees are hiding stuff (adulterous relationships, drug addictions, etc.) That's it! There will be a huge controversy over who is the real mother of his baby. The baby stands to inherit the billions so of course every potential mother will claim to be the mother. And everybody will want the billionaires body to bury whereever they choose of course. He died of a drug overdose due to the meds taken for stress or just from dyslexia!

layoffs or strikes have just occured so people are pissed at him. he dies from an accidental overdose but with him being a bilionaire people automaticly suspect murder and find one unlucky disgruntled employee who was planning on murdering him and stealing some money but couldnt so he is accused and runs from the law despite his innocence. cant help you with the soundtrack i dont listen to much country.

you could use the old poison trick. with a mistress or someone on the board who found a way to get his money in the event of his death.

heart attack or wasn't it .... Maybe someone put some poison on his coffee that morning when they told the personnel that he was getting a promotion, after all his co-worker wanted that promotion.
