Don't use shaving cream. Use Edge shaving gel. It's a lot better than shaving cream. You are less likely to cut yourself if you use Edge shaving gel for sensitive skin.

YES! Wet your face with warm water (or take a hot shower first) and then put shaving cream on your face. Shave down on th side of your face and lip and shave up under your neck and chin. Just remember to go slow and don't jerk your hand at all. After you shave make sure you put some aftershave on to sooth your skin.
I hope this helps, good luck.

ABSOLUTELY!! The shaving cream allows for a smooth and more comfortable shave by providing less friction on your skin. Trust me!!

You need to talk to your dad about this. Or an uncle.
Yes, you do need to use shaving cream. Don't use soap and don't dry-shave. It will tear up your skin.

Yes, use shaving cream. It prepares the facial hair by softening it.

Yes you do. Shaving without using some sort of lubricant will dry your skin and may cause "bumps" which are nothing more than ingrown hairs but they can get infected when cut.
