Avoid anything white (sugar, flour, rice & fast greasy foods), eat healthy (organic when you can) & drink lots of water.
I would start an exercise program, walking, running, swimming or take a dance class, work out with weights...etc.

its really not hard babe, its simple. You know what the healthy foods are, eat plenty of them, but make your meals smaller portions, drink plenty of water & allow yourself 1 day a week for treats. Dont listen to all the stupid things they say, like 'no carbs! you need all the nutrients, that includes some fat in your diet

Distracted dining could possibly get you in trouble. Avoid eating in front of a television or in a movie theater, as you're bound to take in more calories.
