OFF!
Keeping your bra on @ night can cut off your circulation.

I'm not a big fan of bras but especially not while I'm lying in bed. I just can't sleep with a bra on. If you sleep with a bra on, it may cause you to have pain because the wires might put painful marks on your skin. The marks will go away but it's not very pleasant to have them in the first place. If you feel like you must wear one while you're asleep(I don't really see the point myself), then try an exercise bra. It's comfortable but supportive.

Bras are specifically designed to support the breast matter in an UPRIGHT position. So unless you sleep standing up, sleeping in a bra is completely unnecessary.

The only caveat to this is if your doctor has told you to do so. This is especially true if you're recovering from any sort of breast surgery.

I only slept with one on the first few weeks I was breastfeeding. They were swollen, huge and sore, and the bra kept them from moving. Other than that, off!

Bras are uncomfortable, and they won't stop gravity.

It's better to sleep with bra off -- no flower imprints in the morning!

Yeah! Let's see you try to sleep with the bra on when I'm next to you.

Depends on what time of the month it is.
I normally don't sleep in one (gives em a break)
but during 'that' time....I sleep in one because otherwise they hurt.
I've also found sports bras to be more comfortable to sleep in.

OFF! hehe. The female species has survived many thousands of years without wearing a bra, why change a habit of a species' lifetime?

OFF!! I know my boobs love to get a little fresh air after being bra-bound all day!

Off--you want your breasts to breath! There's no chance of having smaller boobs or breast cancer, but you want to give your breasts a chance to air out after being inside a bra for many hours.
