where can i find a ditto in pokemon diamond?

i wanted to breed my Pinplup but i need a ditto anyone know where i can find one?

You can't find it in the wild without the National Dex. If you have the National Dex however then you can either migrate a Ditto from a previous Gameboy Advance game (Ruby, Sapphire, Fire Red, Leaf Green or Emerald) or you could use the PokéRadar on Route 218 to find one but it's very rare on Route 218.
