Back to the Future, The Departed or Star Wars Episode III Revenge of the Sith. Too hard to choose.

Forbidden Planet.
Anne Francis, Walter Pidgeon, Leslie Nielsen and Robby the Robot. Disney matte paintings, 1950s "futuristic" costumes, equipment and sets, theramir electronic music, a great story cribbed from Shakespeare ... it has it all.

I'd have to say Seven. It's just a perfect package in a genre where they screw it up so badly these days. Amazing performances, great pacing, great settings. I just love this movie. It just doesn't get any creepier than Kevin Spacey as John Doe.
