He's awesome as a Highlander but I don't think he's quite right for James Bond. I loved The Highlander show I wished they still showed it in the US.

I am a big fan of Adrian Paul and even I think he would not make a good bond...he's just not british enough

I have always said that he would be. He reminds me of Sean Connery in his younger days.
However, in the direction that they are taking Bond, I don't think he would make it.
Bond has now gone dark and nasty. This ain't our granddaddies Bond. So, I like the new one for what it is.

no it wouldn't make a good james bond b/c he is duncan McCloud of the clan McCloud and there can be only one. unfortunnately this is the only role he'll be famous for. but he's a great guy to look at.

hadn't thought about it before now, but i think you're right.
but i think we're going to have to deal with Craig for now and this "new" Bond--that doesn't care about his martinis.
when he ordered the martini and didn't say "shaken not stirred," that to me said "forget what you know about the old Bonds, we're rewriting him." and i'm not too happy about that any way.
