I used this a long time ago. It was easy to use and did a very nice job.

I like this etching cream. You can buy the stencils to use with it; or i like to use hole punches with different shapes & punch designs into contac paper. make sure you put a thick layer on & you can always leave it on a few minutes longer.
As far as other etching ideas, when I'm doing writing on glass, I print out what i want it to say & tape it to the glass. Then I use a glass bit for the dremel & etch it in that way. I did a ton of glasses for a wedding last year that way.

It's really easy to work with. I first used it in my college stained glass course, but have used it many times since then for regular craft projects. I drew designs onto a sheet of contact paper, then cut out the spaces with an exacto knife and applied the cream. Put it on thick and I always left it for a couple more minutes than it said to avoid having to redo it.
A sandblaster gives the same effect and can look even more professional. Delphiglass.com has a basic kit for $52.95 that would work on small items.

It is quite easy to work with. I've used it for years. Did you know there is also an Armor Etch liquid? You dip the item in it. The product can be used over and over again.

Yes, I have Armour Etch. It was (is) my first time using it.
It's not hard to work with, but make sure you put a thick even coat on. I don't believe I did ...although my design looks good, if you look closely, you can see the swipe marks. I shall have to try again.
