There are 3 measures of the average : Mean,median and mode
The mean is (43+102)/2 = 72.5
The median is halfway between 43 and 102 which also happens to be 72.5 and will always be the case when there are only 2 numbers
The mode is the most frequent number, in this case 43 and 102

The answer is 72.5. You add 43 + 102 =145. Then you divide 145 by two. This can also be called the mean but mostly called average. To find the average of anything you add the numbers up and then divide by the numbers you started with and there is your average!

Average is the sum of so many number added together then divided by the amount of numbers.
So : 43+102=145
then 145 divided by 2 (because thats the amount of numbers that you had) = 72.5

72.5
The average is what you get if you add all the terms and divide by the number of all the terms - in this case the total of the terms is 145 (43 + 102) and divided by 2 (total number of all the terms ) gives the answer 72.5 (or seventy two and a half) Hope This helps! LOL!

To get the average, just add the numbers that you have, then divide by the number of numbers that you have added.
43 + 102 = 145
145/2 = 72.5

The average is the sum of the terms divided by the number of terms added.
So in this case it is...
(43+102) / 2 =(145)/2 = 72.5
The average is 72.5

(43+102)/2 = 72.5

I'm pretty sure it is 72.5. Since 43+102=145 and then that divided by 2 is 72.5. Or 72 and 1/2, whatever floats your boat.

You add the numbers together and divide the number of numbers there are;
43+102=145
there are 2 numbers so you divide it by 2;
145/2=72.5
and if there was 3 numbers it would be divide by 3, and four you divide by 4 and so on...
