usually any thin with 3 x's like relaxxx is not relaxing but exciting

Yeah, just kick back in some really comfy clothes like PJs and click on the television or sit down with a good book. That's how I relax...

In the last 15 years, no. On the go 18 hours a day and extremely tired of it. Even on a day off, I'm working.

the only time i got to relax is when i am driving to work and back home, Yeah i know that I'm stuck in traffic but all i that is my time to relax.that is the best time not to try to get mad.
All i do is get a bottle of water turn up the radio and hear music, till i get home. that is the best time for me to relax.

Start at the tip of your toes, flex, relax breath in, breath out. eyes closed let all the tension seep out your pores. work your way up to the top of your head. You might fall asleep around your neck.

ok this is a really good way to relax close u'r eyes like if u were going to go to sleep and like look up then think of a really nice place were u been or dream of
