I'd just stick it in the oven and put some BBQ sauce on it. That is what everyone else here likes.
Though I personally like chicken and dumplings best. As long as there is dark meat I don't really care how it is cooked.

What did you DO when you fried the chicken? Do tell. I vote for chicken and dumplings. One of my favorites. Some BBQ sauces make me feel funny in the tummy.

BBQ, but spice it up a bit.
I like to add a little honey, and then regular hot sauce to the BBQ sauce. This way you get a bit of heat and a bit of sweet. Also, if you like things particularly hot, add some of the Italian pepper you see in shakers at pizza shops and restaurants. Makes for some unique chicken.

Chicken smothered in a spicy hickory smoked BBQ sauce. And ya know what goes good with that? A big steamy baked potato...oooooh, I'm so hungry and I've got to go to work here in like an hour!!!
