I asked a nutritionist for free and he recommended a couple things for me and it has been great. I use some good nutrition once a day plus something to replace fruit and veg ( I dont eat either) and he checks in with me to make sure everything is ok each week. My energy has increased week by week and I can concentrate on my work once more. I wasin danger of being sacked at one point. It has also helped me sleep better, I used to be restless all night even though I felt totally washed out. Try www.myhealthabc.com, its mostly about weight loss but if you speak to the guy about what you want he will help you. There is an email and toll free number on the site to contact him. I spoke to him and he sent me some samples based on me being tired all the time and they were great. I have more energy now than when I used to play sport and work out at college. I use a product that has all the B vitamins (BComplex) and protein. It's simply called "B-Pro". It give me energy all day, and doesn't keep me up at night. I can even take a dose around 4:00 pm and it still will not keep me up at night.
I have also noticed a huge decrease in headaches too. I love it!! I can't go a day with out it.
All you do, is mix one tablespoon in a 8 oz glass of water and drink once a day. The maximum dosage would be twice a day.
