Which band's video, and name of song?

1980's (I think) music video. I don't remember much about the video, except the lead singer (male) frequently running his tongue inside his lower lip. For some reason, I'm thinking the band was Australian, but can't say for sure. I seem to recall the band was outside, maybe in a junk yard or something. Not much to go on, I know. Thanks.

Men at Work "I come from a land down-under," was the song. Is that what you are talking about?
