Can there really be any debate? Of course you should choose the brownies! I read in a book once that dried apricots were singularly responsible for the black plague and the extinction of the California Condor. Eat the stupid brownies.

Hmmmmm, dried apricots are pretty high in calories, but not fat.......brownies high in both.........
How about 3 apricots and 1/2 brownie? That way you can have a healthy snack along with your chocolate fix!

Important:
1.To keep weight down and energy up,
always drink water between meals and only
4 ounces with any meal.
2.When you eat fruit, eat a bit of protein after it, to avoid draining yourself. The fruit is great but it helps fix muscle from protein; without the protein it just tears down muscle.
