I have taken it for years with no side effects . It was started at lower doses and through the years has been increased as needed.

I've been taking Synthroid (0.5mg) for about a year with absolutely no side effects. I did experience a little weight loss before my dosage was determined, but other than that, nothing.

My only side effects have been positive,less tired,more energy,not to mention the weight loss.

I have not experienced anything noticeable. The only problem i have is how you must take it. I drink milk every morning but i recently discovered you aren't suppose to have dairy for about an hour.....which leaves me craving my chocolate milk forever!!!
