Certainly you'd have to go back to pre-evolution; most animals "teach" their young. The first popular know teachers in the modern sense of the word may be Plato or Aristotle but this question is very broad.

Well, I am sure that there is someone "considered" to be the first teacher, when really the person who was the first teacher isn't getting credit for it. So I can't really help you with that one, love.
