you first need to remove the rear console box; there are two screws inside the console box and one under the cup holder in front of the console box. then lift the console box up and out of the way.

then remove the two screws at the bottom of the front console piece and the screw behind the ashtray. with those screws out, you can remove the front console piece.

then, remove the two screws in the stowage compartment under the radio unit. with those screws out you can pull the radio unit forward and disconnect the 16 pin connector and the radio antenna. with the connector and the antenna disconnected you can pull the radio out the rest of the way.

at that point you can do whatever you want with the radio. to put it back, just reverse the order of disassembly

hope that answers your question

There are brackets in the back..... If you take off the dash board then it should just slide right out... but after you disconnect it be careful not to cross wires because hondas have an inline fuse that takes 3 hours to get to to replace if you cross wires and short it out!!!!!

Unhook the brackets in the back and take apart the dash board. Then slip it out.

Park it behind a bar in a rough neighborhood unlocked for 30 minutes.
