The only thing that comes to mind is go to click on "My Profile" or just click right on your own avatar and it will take you to the same place.
After that, just scroll down to the part where it has "Answers"
There it will show you all the answers you've answered today and if you need to see more just click on the link labeled "More" in the lower right right corner. Then just go ahead and count how many questions you've answered so far.
Other than that I don't think there is a way to tell how many answers you've given so far today.

I was wondering that myself, couldn't find a way so I had to count it.
