This is a beautiful question...
It could be things bottled up coming up and ur releasing it...anything under the surface wants to be released....I cry over nothing often....
I don't think the reason why is as important as just letting it happen...even if people don't have major trauma in their life, everyone has something bottled up...just the pain of being alive sometimes...it's all there underneath...it's just that most people push it down so far to have it under control, cuz we are supposed to be "well-balanced" and fit in with the norm....most people don't even realize what they have lurking in their subconscious....
....they say we even carry the trauma of of our birth in our very cells....and there is so many things in a lifetime that is painful, but many times we're told we shouldn't cry over it, to stop crying, etc.
Regardless of the reason why, just let it happen n be grateful for it....even if u don't know what ur crying over, tears can release much emotional dust...making you lighter...the soul can shine through even more.....to be fully human is so beautiful n rare these days....

Out of nowhere? Nah, there is a reason. Could be the bottling up that you do but it could also be related to loving too much. So much that everything makes you cry. Then again, you could have a tear duct problem. Get it checked by a doctor.

Stress. Anxiety. Stuff.
Yesterday morning on the way in to work on the Metro, some inexcusably perky asshole decided to tell me to smile because it was Monday. Instead of telling him where to stick his monday, I spontaneously burst into tears. Not only did I slightly freak out the people around me, but I just couldn't pull myself together for the rest of the ride in. Thank goodness most of the crazy people ride the yellow line, so I don't think that most of my fellow passengers really noticed.
Sometimes you just have too much weighing on you. And yes, bottling things up doesn't help.

Could be several reasons besides maybe just being too emotional ...
1) If you are middle aged or above it could be menopause
2) are you depressed?
3) bad things happening in your life lately that makes it all seem out of control?
Maybe a trip to your family doctor would be a good thing to do.

I believe negative emotions leave our bodies in liquid form (tears). It's the body's way to get rid of the poison inside it to protect itself. And that poison could be any negativity inside you that your body does not want there.
Go ahead! Don't fight against the tears, it's healthy!
(But sometimes embarrassing too. I know!)

I get like that too. Women are just so mysterious- we can't even figure ourselves out! I guess we are just very emotional and of course, crying is our best way of releasing our emotions. It's good to cry so, let it out :-)
