Hand Lotion or Lip Balm?
I pretty much need both, but I use chapstick every day of the year and hand lotion every day only about half the year.
(p.s. a similar question is to follow...keep a lookout!)

Lip Balm, most definitely! Burt's Bee's Lip Balm. I cannot stand to have chapped or dry lips.

Hand lotion - didn't even have to think about that one. Although I really like lip balm too, I use lotion a lot more.

Lip balm. My lips get really sore and chapped. I'm not to worried bout hand lotion, I don't use it much and my hands are never really very dry.

Lip balm. I NEVER use lotion becuz I scrub with Head & Shoulders shampoo instead of body wash! (say good-bye to flaking lizard skin!)

hand lotion cause i can just put it on my face to keep my lips from getting dry

Lotion...You can use lotion on your lips if you dont have chapstick. I cant imagine tryin to use chapstick as lotion!!
