Nothing as long as they aren't all flaky and annoying about it. There's also a difference between those health conscious/activist hippies and the ones that just get high all day and call themselves 'hippies' or 'free spirits'.

Their hippy-ism? I think because people just don't like them because of the way they are and what they do. And by the way, I've never heard of anybody hating hippies in the 21st century. Maybe in 1970, but not now.

I've been called a hippie, but I'm too young to be a true hippie, I think.
As long as you shower, pay your taxes, and don't wear too much patchouli, you're fine with me.

because the 60's are over and have been over for 37 years, you weren't there, and you will never be there. Hippies think that they know everything about everything and when it comes down to it, your just a bunch of losers who are trying to identify with a group of people that existed over 30 years ago.
