i posted a question on why, in my humble opinion, the Cons are always bashing the Libserals on Yahoo! Answers. I was told I was crazy, that Libs do the same; so I took a couple of hours and started scanning various questions and answers, and guess what? Lib bashing seems to lead Con bashing by about 25-1.
I think I'm a lib, not sure nowadays. Here is what I believe and you tell me.
Handguns need to be outlawed. Lot's of countries outlaw them and they have lower murder/violent crime rates.
Freedom of Religion means people shouldn't be subjected to prayer in public schools, public events, or anything relating to the public.
Government should provide some healthcare umbrella.
Women have the right to choose, up to a certain point of the pregnancy.
Christian values don't apply to everyone, otherwise the whole world would be Christian.
Free speach is Free speech, unless it is harmful.
Free Economy boosts national wealth.
So what am I? Please help me!

Liberals only bash Con,. when they start putting down any state Of Democracy, The Cons seem to like this Dictatorship we are under they seem to think President Cheney and his page boy Bush are doing such a outstanding job ruling America. They don't mind seeing caskets planes bringing our troops home having them slaughtered and maimed. They like to see Iraq people laying all in the streets dead with flies swarming them, Solider after Solider being killed only because a crazy Dictator was installed in office by the Supreme Court. That is the most horrible thing that could have ever happened lies, thieves, warmongers and breaking Constitutions to allow strikes on a country that never has done one thing to us, they leave the country that blew up our twins towers to go into Iraq for Da Da and Oil.

Seems a mix of both, but you sound fairly open minded.
I would tend to think you lean left on most of your views.
Most people try and do or think what they think is the best way to do things, very few do things they blatantly think is wrong.
But I do believe we must live by a code of ethics, this is where people disagree, who's code?
So we are back to square one.
We all must live by a standard we feel comfortable and hope we can contribute something to society, in the end I believe we will answer fo our actions, this is what guides my decision making process.
See a lib and a con can get together and have positive banter that is not hate filled.

You have to excuse the cons.. all they know is bashing and badmouthing.. they have nothing to cheer about. A president who is dishonest...a vice president who is gun happy and being impeached.... a secretary of state who did her best to lick her bosses boots but now is so quiet that maybe she has had a change of heart.. then there is Rove.. good old Rove.. the man behind the man.. dishonest and crooked as the day is long. Says he works for the American people but when approached by one of those people goes ballistic.
No, can't blame the cons for bashing.. they have nothing else to do..
And by the way.. I think you are a Liberal..so don't be ashamed of it. Better yet, don't categorize yourself.. just be a good American.. after all, that is what we all should be first.
